Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail or facsimile. We will do our best to reply your questions as soon as possible.
RATES:
Rates are quoted net in USD / IDR / EURO. Rates are subject to change with or without prior notice.
TOUR PAYMENT :
We will send you our invoice which will request you to deposit 50% down payment of total tour cost as to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be settled 10 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS LAND ARRANGEMENT:
Papua Adventure Tours will not charge you any cancellation fee for tours and transfers shown in the tariff. However, hotels, restaurant, carriers or contractors may charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or very late notification of cancellation. In such cases we will pass the charges on to you.
GUIDES :
All transfers and tour arrangement inclusive of English speaking guide. Guide specializing in other languages are subject to request and availability while tour cost will be more depending on the place, language and kind of trip.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY :
Papua Adventure Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay and other incidental happing beyond our control.
WHAT TO BRING FOR TREKKING & TOUR:
- Traveling Permit (Surat Jalan)
The all foreigners who visit Papua (Irian Jaya) required to have the traveling permit to access into the interior part of Papua (irian Jaya). Please prepare copies of your Passport + Visa + recent photograph with size 3x4cm or 4x6cm (color) of each participant. these document can be delivered and submit to us upon your arrival.
- Trekking and Adventure equipments
All necessary provision and camping equipment will be suggested to you per our final communication.
